3.Players

3.3.1 Penalty The referee will disqualify any team found to have fielded more than the maximum number of players allowed at any time during play. Opposing team will be awarded a 3-0 win.
3.4 Grouping Teams will be randomly placed by a draw process into 2 groups of 3 teams each, Group A and Group B.
3.5 Injury Injury/ill player or without medical condition must have a signed note from parents stating that he was not allowed to play.
3.6 Required Play All players are required to play at least half a game. Failure to field all players at least half a game will result in a 3-0 win for opponent.
4.Officiating
4.1 Referee Tournament appointed referee will govern play
4.1.1 Warning Referee has the right to warn any player. Player will be sent off after two yellow cards.
4.1.2 Red Card Referee has the right to issue red card. Red carded player will be suspended for one game. The Technical Committee will reserve the right to review/issue further penalties/sanctions where deemed appropriate.
4.2 Time Referee will govern time of play
4.3 Complaints All complaints must be submitted to the Leadership Team within one hour of the match competition.
4.4 Scorekeepers Each team will provide a scorekeeper to keep track of score
5.Scoring
5.1 Goal scoring Goals scored as normal
5.2 Points awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 point for a loss
5.3 Order of Table 1. Total Points; 2. Goal Difference; 3. Head-to head competition; 4. Highest Number of Goals Scored; 5. Penalty Kicks and sudden death
6.Duration
6.1 Start Of Play All matches must begin on time if both teams can play a full team
6.2 Grace Period Game may be delayed up to five minutes if minimum number of players cannot be fielded. Referee reserves right to decide
6.3 Required Start Matches must be started after five minutes
6.4 Walkover Matches delayed more than five minutes or failure of teams to field minimum number of players will result in walkover

8.Weather
8.1 Decision making The Technical Committee will have the final say in the delay and cancellation of games

9.Format of Play

9.3 Rules As per Group stage
9.4 Penalty Shoot-Out There will be no extra time. Drawn matches at the end of regulation will be decided by penalty shoot-out, 3 kicks each. Only players who are on the field of play at the end of the match, are eligible to take kicks from the penalty mark. Toss of coin will decide team to take the penalty and team to defend the kick. A goalkeeper who is injured while kicks are being taken from the penalty mark and is unable to continue as goalkeeper may be replaced. An eligible player may change places with the goalkeeper at any time when kicks from the penalty mark are being taken
9.5 Sudden Death Score tied at the end of 3 penalty kicks shall be decided by one sudden death penalty kick. The player who has taken a kick during the penalty shoot-out will be ineligible for the sudden death penalty
